Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My case was dismissed and judge sir ordered the complainant to file the case in proper jurisdiction withing 30 days of the order.
The complainant filed it after 48 days of the order issued .The order was issued on 4th of october and they filed on 20th nov.
Can we challenge the condonation .
