Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Case 489f registered at Rawalpindi, during further police inquiry it has been relealed that the accused has change bank record (changed accused sign in bank record as cheating, FIA forensic report received) located at lahore while FIR registered at Rawalpindi as the cheque is given in Rawalpidi and cheque dishonoured from Rawalpindi bank. Case is under trial in court of Magistrate Rawalpindi, how additional section 420, 468, 471, 467 will be added. Police will submit zamni challan of 489f only in court as the accused is involved in case. What should i do, all possible ways may be communicated. both bank official and accused are involved in changing sign of accused in bank record.

Another FIR should be registered for that purpose. Because offence is distinctively made out.
