Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
On my complaint to BMC,the officer of BMC filed complaint before Polce for 20 trees felled-FIR was filed but he Police without arresting the actual accused arrested the another person as accused in order to suppress the real offender who is a builder. Whether such charge-sheet filed on dummy offender can be comes under purview of Section 340(1) of CrPC? Kindly explain me.
