Complaint presented before this court being Illaqua magistrate.

It be checked and registered. A request has been made by the complainant for sending the complaint as per provisions of Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Heard. In view of the grounds mentioned in complaint, present complaint is hereby sent to SHO, Police Station Rampur under section156 (3) Cr.P.C. for investigation and for registration of case. Photocopy of the present complaint be kept on the record for record purpose.

This is the copy of order of court. The police has not registered the case even the expiry of eight days till date. What to do next

You may file an application before the court praying for summoning police record and find out 'progress' made in investigation. In other words, the court may be requested to ask for a "progress report" from the SHO.
