Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Few days ago some people has trespassed Municipal corporation of Delhi park/green area /public land and has illegally started parking cars causing damage to grass/ plants. This is creating public nuisance and hardships to children and residents who use to walk and play in the park. what can be done to vacate park from encroachers . can FIR be lodged if yes under which ACT and WHICH SECTIONS .

File police complaint for Criminal Trespass in the jurisdictional Police Station and also file complaint to MCD.

If MCD doesnt take any action, file petition in High Court for directions to remove possession and trespass.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should ask the local Municipality or the local resident's association to build a fencing wall all around the park so that no vehicles can enter the park.
