Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear Expert thanks for your help but my question is still there i have complete proof that he is the owner of house and i will also request to judge to check the record in DHA every thing will be clear after record again my question is

1) if he is the honor of this house then what can i do should i ask judge to arrest him and then auction his house or not

Dear,,, when it will be proved that he is owner of that house, the court will itself make it sure that your claim or amount is given to you in any way.

As for as the arrest of that person is concerned , that is a matter of procedure.

adopted through a process of law by the court or other law enforcement agencies.

No one can be got arrested merely upon the private requests.

If court consider it proper for the sake of justice, it may make or issue orders for the arrest of that peerson and auction of the property to satisfy your claim.
