Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Dear Experts

I need to get information please help me and guide me. ASJ has passed the order of Order 37 in my favor and decree the same amount which we have claimed. Other party go in appeal in front of double bench and we have recieved notices. But judges has not issued any stay order just noticed to me.

Now is it important to engage lawyer or request to govenment procecutor for handling the case.

What is best option

Proceedings under Order 37 of CPC are of civil nature. Public Prosecutors do not appear in civil proceedings. They represent State in criminal cases. You should engage a lawyer to protect your rights.
