dear sir what is way for logging FIR after dissmissal (on the ground of not applicable during run civil suit in high court for pattion suit filed by plaintiff against the other legal heirs )of 156(3) and filing revision 156 in session court. we fight for benificary of registered will legal heirs are filed false concealed the other legal heirs name inn the affidavits in the L&DO and converted mutation them name with convertion free hold from department with taken NOC from other legal heir because depatment miss guide through false affidavits and department could not demand for NOC and seller are sold us properrty on basis of false documents submitted in L&DO , and also my advocate said to me that we shall be file application for section 340 in high court for pressure on LD mm for logging FIr is it possible or not ?
