dear sir , i was purchased a property on basis of registered will muted and free hold through sale deed but seller / beneficiary of registered will legal heir are let me in dark about other legal heirs because in the registered will no mention name of other legal heirs and seller /beneficiary of registered will legal heirs are took benifit of this line and they file false affidavit in L&DO and concealed the other legal heirs name for get free hold without taken noc from other legal heirs. suddenly other legal heirs are file objection in mcd for stop sanction plan and i was issue notice to seller and file complaint in police station and they reply that they are more legal hair and in the matter of affidavits this is clerical mistake only and if the department said then they file fresh afffidavit but other legal heirs are file partition suit and challenge to registered will only nor filing cheating case due to family relation , other legal heirs are save to seller . in the condition of situation i was file a 156(3) but due to run civil suit in high court ld mm court dismissal and forward case for maintainability of complaint and also i was file revision in session court for 156(3) but in the session court after issuing legal notice by court respondent advocate could not come for argument and send his proxy for taking excuse for illegibly of notice and demand for fresh notice and court give us to far date but in the ld mm court date for maintainability for evidence come so near, and we want to fight in the ld mm court if possible for us is it possible that we make a wittiness to other legal heir in the cheating case in the court of ld mm or not ? and is it possible we call other legal heirs in the court for wittiness against the seller through legal notice or not?

However, since there is already litigation in courts there, you may better seek appropriate advice from your local counsel.
