Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir, My relative is a devotee of satlok ashram of rampal in 6 month. unfortunately there are some dispute with court of rampal. and police arrest rampal and his 940 devotees in ashram. my relative one of them in 940 devotees. but police not releave and not submit chagrsheet in court after 72 days of FIR. what we do ???

The detainee may apply for bail before lower courts. If bail is not granted by lower court, he may approach the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.
