dear sir ,
my sister got re- married to one life convicted person in dec 2014 he is alredy released from the jail by home(parole) on the G.O.No.M/s.286 from andhra pradesh in 2013.He was already mudered his 1st wife by stabbing her 17 times and moreover his health condition is not good this marriage got stayed only for duration of 5 days after he left over because my dad asked about death certificate of his first he and his family member cheated on my sister we did not enquired anything instead his office that was only genuine but he left over his job before marriage only can i get appropraite answer for this query

Dear client yr sister can file case case of anullment of marriage under sec 12 of Hindu marriage act to declare marriage null and void on the ground of fraud and cheating. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385
