Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir,

I had filed a complaint in the court of MM Delhi complaining that the girl I had married had already given birth to twins and married several times but cheated me by posing an unmarried girl and using a false name. When I had filed the HMA petition, she along with her family members trespassed at my house and assualted my father and two brothers and tried to strangulate my younger brother. MM directed the case to move u/s 200 CrPC, We (I ,my father ,two brothers, record keeper of hospital where MLC were conducted and one more witness) and submitted documentary evidences where HMA court had taken adverse inference against accused girl as she deliberatly did not appear before Medical and DNA board. MM postponed the summons and directed IO to inquire u/s 202 CrPC . IO filed status report and exonerated all the accused. MM has now dismissed my complaint u/s 203 CrPC although MLC and other documentary evidences and my complaint and statements of witness prove the prima facia of case. Please suggest the remedy and grounds to be taken in revision.

Regards

K
