Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
MY Sister in Law has filled a false complain in police from last two months. They went to Counselling but it failed. Now my sister in law saying that she want to live wiht my brother but she is not accepting her mistake. Now we are getting continous call from them and police to keep her. My question is that what shall we do. We all are doing jobs. Whether this complain will affect our Career

1) First decide whether to save the matrimonial relation and respond accordingly.
2) Unless convicted, it should not affect ur career.
