Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir,

I seek your prudent advise on a case where woman is having doubtful character, serving in a company having filed cases under 498 and 125. She doesn't accept her extra marital affairs.
Hence it is to know weather the husband of said woman can do surveillance / shadowing and can collect evidential proofs of her character and source of income. and can the husband authorise some professional person to under take the job of surveillance / shadowing. Can this be done in a legal way ? Thanking you in advance. Namaskar
