Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
dear Sir,
presently i am working in saudi arabia as a mechanical engineer. my one friend came here in nov. 2012 to join same company. he made too much problems here but i helped him and give him money to go back. now i am asking for money but he is not returning my money . legally i have no proof that i have paid his amount. when he was living with me , he hacked my facebook account and now when i was asking for money , he used my account and sent some murder threats to his own account to use as a legal proof. now he told me if i will ask for money he make police complaint against me . now what to do ? i dont know . please help ....

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask your friend to return back the money he borrowed from you, else you should report the matter to the Police. Let the police investigate the matter and they will compel your friend to return back your money.
