Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my fiance whom i was suppose to marry......a month before marriage she ran away with someone else ..... i got to know about that by a letter shown to me by her mother written by my fiance which her mother kept with herself ....i told their parents that i do not want to keep anymore contact with them or their daughter.
after one week her parents found their daughter and she asked me to forgive her...i said no.
Now her parents are threatning me that they will sue me for the damages and file a criminal complaint against me that i used to abuse their daughter (which is false) i dont have any prove that she ran away other than the letter shown by her parents to me which i dont have.
and they are saying they will blame everything on me that i am refusing to marry their daughter.

Dont worry. you just precure proof of her first marriage.
