Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had filed an application u/s 482 of the CRPC before the Bombay High Court for quashing the private complaint filed against me in the Metropolitan Magistrate's court. The High Court Judge dismissed the application without giving proper hearing to me. Can I now file a writ petition u/a 226 and 227 on the same cause of action. Or should I file a review application in the dismissed application u/s 482? Please advise.
