Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have filed Revision in Session Court Mumbai against order of Magistrate accepting Investigation Report i.e C Summary and rejection my Protect Petition against C summary. Ground was POA was unregistered on which forged conveyance was made in favour of buyer. I raised objection that POA and conveyance on which made, should be authenticated for which process may be issued. However trial court rejected and accepted C summary and rejected my complaint.
I have filed Revision in for Session Court. Which case law can be quoted for unregistered POA on which conveyance is made?
