Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Fir lodge on 24/06/2016 under ipc 409,465,466,468,471. i applied for anti bail in session court. it rejected. than i applied at high court for quash. judge told you should go for anti bail in high court. i am not arresed by police officer. now my question is 90 days already gone from fir date. charge-sheet not filed by police officer. can i got anti bail now ? is it complulsory to arrest me by police officer ?

filing an application for bail is your right but it depends whether the circumstances are right to file the same. you may consult the local lawyer for better guidance as he would be able to go through the FIR and suggest.
