Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

An fir have been registered in jan 2009 under section 438/. And arrest one person called c Against like a.b. Main accused In that fir police investigated the matter and added one more accused add Ipc 420 called main accused and arrested while our complain against a.b accused but after that added accused took bail in district judge and that order d j cleared in his oder that main accused bail granted on the basses that my self no objection and plot of my self different and in my possession Now the matter in mm court but my accused a.b. filled 156(3) on sep,2013 .in status report io clearly said that accuse a.b only avoid to trail etc instant complain case is devoid or any Marits and deserves to be dismissed . but again mm order to sho to investigate matter but sho not bound to register the case and io shall arrest when sufficient grounds .
I want suggestion that what i have to do .
