Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

if a FIR Section 324 is charged on a 1st person by another 2nd person .... if later on it is proven that FIR charged is wrong and the injuries are fabricated made by 2nd person .... then what should be the next legal action of 1st person .... ??
