Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
if a FIR Section 324 is charged on a 1st person by another 2nd person .... if later on it is proven that FIR charged is wrong and the injuries are fabricated made by 2nd person and the 2nd person is also arrested by police on filing wrong application ... then what challan or application should be submitted by 1st person against him or what legal action should be taken by 1st person.....???
