Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i was went to one of my friend house with my girl friend. at that time my friend made a my & my girl friend video with out information. And now she pass on that video to my girl friends husband. Now he is blackmailing to his wife. And he said he will upload that video to internet. Now i don't understand what we have to do for that. Can any body advise me?
