Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

If a girl commits suicide after engagement and right before marriage for cancelling engagment and she forced to marry someone else . how to get AB. They charge IPC 306 on all family members. She has mentioned person name in suicide note
Evidence we have
1. 8 lakhs given as settlement as per their extorsoion and panchayat decision . we have video of same and calls made by them
2. No physical at all
3. rings and all got exchanged
4. no communication over phone for more then a month before committing suicide
questions
1. Can i quash FIR
2. How many months it takes to get AB
3. We dont want to leave them as them made false allegation. how can we file criminal defamation case and when. What chances they get punished and what evidence required. as we lost jobs because of allegations
