Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hello!
My brother's wife has filed a false case in court which involves 498a against my brother and family members including me. She was already married before getting married to my brother and was keeping that relation after marrying my brother . Earlier all this was kept secret from us and we came to know about it later. So we have filed for divorce and fraud case against them. Earlier compromise was also there so that they dont get into false cases n all. but after compromise they indulged into false cases. I want to know that I got selected for govt job and have to fill the attestation form. At present there is no FIR filed in police station against us but they have filed a court case in which paper work they are completing and nothing much happened as such but i am named in it. In attestation form there is a question .Is any court case pending against you? what i say in it? what if I say No case pending..? Please help.
