Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi,
I want to ask that one person is threatening me over phone and he is saying that "mein tujhey ander karwa doon ga aur tujhy ander karwana hi pare ga" is this sentence comes under threatening that he is saying that he will put me behind the bars even if i have committed no crime? Can I lodge an FIR on his sayings. Luckily I have recorded his call which is very clear. can I present the recording in court.

Aoa.. Nopes its not a threat to life or injury... If he gives that threat then you can get him punished. However, you can take stay order against him for this threat to save your skin.. For more consult [email protected]
