Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
my friend was granted a bail from High Court under satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate under section 138 NI act. Now after a month and a half he receives a Re-Arrest warrant from CJM. Can someone guide what to do and what is happening?

your friend has to appear before court what he is not doing, hence court might have cancelled his bail and issued fresh warrant.
