Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
can someone get Lok Adalat summons for IPC section 307? And if yes then what should be done in that case.

you may have received the summons under 307 IPC. you are at liberty to refuse the settlement. there is a supremecourt judgement which says 307 cannot be compounded.

in 307, Usually court never sent the case for lok adalat as it is a case against state,
but if u got this summon then you may approach the court and settle the issue.
