Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Magistrate has alter sections 420, 467, 468, 471 during trial by using his power, the same sections can be added during trial/shahadat if produce paper/document in which tempering/forgery is done?.

any offence can be added after an application if from the facts of the case that section/offence also attracts to the case directly.
