Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Mr, A the housing scheme (private) owner sells a plot to Mrs B and registers it on her name latter A resells it to another person and B doesn,t have and neither the scheme owner provides any demarcation and possession the reason was the plot purchased was at good location but the registery was of some other location plot, when intervened A agreed to pay difference of price and also issues two cheque of Rs 7, 50,000.00 each total Rs.15,00,000.00 but while issuing the cheques he got signed on a stamp paper which was not accepted and neither was given to him because of it's contents and those were that he Mr. A is purchasing the plot back from the buyer, however he Mr. A took photo copy, (but the important thing was that it was not signed or issued by the owner of plot but her husband) thereby meaning plot had not signed it, later the both the cheques were dishonoured and FIR registered, on non issuance of bail he deposited the said money ie Rs.15,00,000.00 in the court and gets a bail from High Court and in the meanwhile he Mr. A also registered the case in civil court on bases of of that stamp paper against B, the court has now finally referred the case to a senior civil judge by saying that it is not in the jurisdiction of junior court due to money involved is more than 5 lac, the question is what options B has for the following?

1. Possession of plot

2. Damages involved and

3. Will the court give Rs. 15,00,000.00 to Mrs. B, if yes than till when?

4. Is there any law for suing Mr. A in criminal court for not providing the possession of plot and reselling same plot approximately 10-15 times to other peoples.
