Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada

I have an outstanding bench warrant in US, felony class 2.

I absconded, therefore I am outside US. I plan to travel in Canada. Can I be arrested in Canada if there is an active bench warrant in US?

Information about your warrant is available to Canadian enforcement authorities. You do not say where outside the US you are. If you are trying to enter Canada, unless you have a claim to Canadian citizenship or permanent residence status, you can be refused entry based on the warrant. If you are already in Canada, you could be subject to arrest in Canada if some authority, in their discretion, seeks extradition for a fairly serious matter. Your felony charge appears to qualify as serious enough to come under the extradition treaty. More likely, absent an extradition warrant, immigration authorities will want you arrested for being inadmissible to Canada for committing a criminal offence outside of Canada. Unless you were to be acquitted of all charges, for now, you will be presumed guilty.
