Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
A person prepares a stamp paper in the name of a person who did allow him neither he signs in the register with stamp paper seller nor any where on the stamp paper. This stamp paper is presented in the court with a view to take stay order to buy a plot at his choice price, now the question is can a FIR be launched/registered against him and a case filed in the criminal court?

Yes, this is an unlawful act and punishable. You can contact your nearest police station to log an FIR.
Yes. You can get a case (FIR) registered u/s 420, 468 & 471 PPC. If police does not register case, hire a lawyer and obtain court order for registration of case.
Dear,it comes with in the ambit of offense called forgery and is punishable under PPC, You can present an application before the SHO of nearest police station for registration of criminal case or file petition before the Sessions Judge for direction for registration of criminal case and you can also file a suit for cancellation of said stamp paper before the civil court.
