Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
police got my cousin and is nothing do but police say he is not innocent we are say what should he do for what ur got kindly tell to us but police frist say he is not in police station we are say u got him and now say no he is.nt with police after 4 day my cusin call on my mobial phone we say we are u he say i am in police station then i go to police station we loo police told as parcha kaat gaya hian after tht we are go too court we see that section 385.382.506 so what should i do becasue my cousin is nothing do but police say he is not innocent so plz tell me what should we do
