Police has refused to register the FIR for the case of IPC code 323 what should i do?

You can file an Application under section 156(3) and 200 of CrPC before the concerned Magistrate to get the FIR registered.

If police has refused to write your F.I.R then you can file a private complaint with the magistrate or an application under sec 156 (3) crpc .
