what to do when police is not registering fir 309 against lady who pretend to attempt suside by drinking phynel and implicated me in false case 385 etc i made a request to ADDl cp,Dcp, Acp, Senior inspector for registering fir against lady 309 on medical papers Of Rajawaadi Hospital but till date no action has been initiated but offecnce has been registerd against me after 8 days of incident of suside attempt what to do please give me legal advice??? is there any procedure of registering fir online or making online complaint.

you may file private complaint in court u/s 156(3) CRPC and police has to register your complaint within few days.
