Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was president of a registered co-operative society. The society was formed to set up one Engineering College. Other members stopped keeping any association with me. They set up the college about twelve years ago. They initially took some money from me which they returned earlier.

What is my status? Am I still a member as I have not resigned? Can I lodge an FIR stating that the other members are siphoning off money without my knowledge.

You may complain to the police having jurisdiction over the area of the office of the Society U/s 406/420 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then file a complaint to the Area magistrate u/s 200 r/w 156(3) Cr.PC for registration of FIR under section 406/420 IPC.
