Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a relative for my cousin brother whos a gangster. i am being called for investigations by the police for no reason as i am not even in contact with my cousin since i was born. police trouble my parents and me most of the times. i want to avoid further investigations pls help if tats possible

yes you may approach the higher authorities like SSP or IG (with your written complaint proof) and even then if it is not resolved then you can file a case in high court and restrict the harassment of police.
