Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
respected sir,,,, i m facing a fraud checq ....which give me a lawyer,,,i arrest him with the help of police but after 3 month he got bale.....i am very much upset coz i give him 1200000 and now he do not refund my money,,,and after 3 month punishment he got bale,,,plz inform me what is punishment of 489f and after punishment is he give me back my money or not
