Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Sir, if case is under trial 489f and challan has submitted. On my application police has obtained now forensic report from FIA which is in my favour but not submitting this report in court by police. Should i file rit petition in high court against police or other way that police should submit this report in trial court or is there any other way. thanks
