Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir i m retired from station suprintendent post from railway.There was a case of fire in my service period which is not solved till now and my pf and pension is stopped.FIR WAS LAUNCHED but police could not search the people responsible for fire.Can you send me the decision of court in any old case of this type.

it is clear that no one has a right to withhold the PF. there are many decisions. please approach the PF authorities.
