Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir once the police has been submitted the final report related to ipc 420,468,34 and again i have received the summon from court what should i do,i have evidance against petitioner that they have given false information to court

produce it before court and then file case of defamation against the complainant and demand heavy penalty and expenses.
