Sir i have one question regarding mact case pending in tis hazari court delhi sir my petition was filled in january 2012,and till date to today my case is pending in the court as my last date was for petitioners evidence ,i just wanted to know is their any law in which i filled a early hearing direction for my case in delhi high court or supreme court as i am very upset with dates given to me in my case and i still waiyed for justice sir i am in a very bad position as still i am unemployed because of my disability which comes under my accident,

sir please provide me answer is as per law i am eligible to file petition for early hearing in delhi high court or supreme court & how much is a maximum time as per mact law to dispose of case

please answer me.

the court has a diary too and dates are given accordingly. There are similar matter pending before the court so instead of early hearing it would be better if you made best possible use of the date.early hearing would be a waste of time money and energy for further query contact 9312411481

I agree with Ms Dixit. You should persue your case diligently through your existing lawyer and request for an early hearing to the court where the case is pending. Going to High Court or Supreme Court may not help at this stage.
