Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,

I'm living away from parents since 18 years, brother and father constantly fights over property issue, i supported both financially till 2007, after that broke all ties. My bhabhi committed suicide ,before death FIR against all family members except brother/husband ;now bail under 498,306,509 sec., I'M no way concerned , never visited them since 5 years, no property transactions, i never got financially support from parents, after 10 th class,i left home, now i am class I govt. Officer, now i can not believe parents, brother and lawyer appointed who is again relative.,,my query is how to prevent arrest and trial, is there any scope of removing my name from FIR, by contacting SP, i feel very humiliated , pl guide

yes dear there is the provision i the section 169 of the crpc if the sp is agree than they can send the the report under section 169 of the crpc to the court with the charge sheet and u will be remove from the trial and first of all u should take the anticipatory bail wana more detail than call me on 9890454223

Looking at the facts on face, it can be said that you cant be framed so easily and chances of your coming out clean are much, but there is a procedure according to which all gonna happen, you should apply for anticipatory bail and then may get the FIR quashed from high court otherwise you may have to face trial and there you ll have to prove your part of case....for further guidance call me 91-9015483699

you need to seek anticipatory bail first and then go for quashing of the FIR against you.
