Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir,

I'm an private employee and salary dependent.

On 12/9/15 I approached an registered firm which arranges interviews and jobs. Seeing my profile they demanded Rs.15,000/- and said that job will be ready within two days with better pay. Upon the necessity I've paid the amount and signed the agreement in which it stated that job is not guarantee and they will arrange 3 interviews within 3 months which is the contract period.

Within 3 months they have arranged 2 interviews which are different sectors from my work experiences. and the third one without my knowledge they recorded in their record that I've attended the interview.

When I have demanded to refund money of Rs.15,000/-, they say that no refund will be given as per the agreement.

Now I am asking them to provide the names of the companies to which they have arranged interviews for me for which they are not responding.

Sir, If an interview is conducted, is it not mandatory to keep the record of it for a company with particulars of date & time?

Can I demand the company to provide the required information?

Can I ask the companies which have interviewed me to provide the particulars?

Please advise me how to proceed against them legally and get back my amount sir.

Thank you.
