Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir/madam,
Please give us a solution for the situation my friend is stuck in. The problem now is when he was 15 years old he touched her cousins breast , she was also 15 years old and he didnt know that was fault then, but he fears that if they submit a video of him touching that girl to police will they take case. The girl was 15 years old. Now he is 24 years old this happened at his childhood days and he is very much scared and dipressed and also attempted for suicide. He thinks that they have a video of him touching that girl also that girl died eight years back. Please help us to get a solution he very scared to consult a lawyer outside and thats the reason i m posting it online . Please help us to know what should i tell him. Since he did that at his minor age will the police take the case.
