Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello sir,
My father has been booked in a case as a sleeping partner without any proof. He is in custody for more than 15 days. Main accused surrendered..he confessed that my dad is innocent. Stoll my father did not get bail. How many days if ll take. One more thing can we file case against police for booking case without any proof
