Dear Sir,
The housing Board authorities accepted forged signatures of mine and registered plot under third party agreement,wherein an executed document of MOU WHICH PURCHASED BY OTHER PARTY FOR SELF USE,WAS EXECUTED, on non judiciary Rs.100/- stamp paper and also another document of No objection declaration certificated executed on Rs. non judiciary stamp paper with forged signature. Please advise me to file criminal cases under I.P.C sections
