Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My wife (vadodara) had been filed domestic violence against me on oct 2012..and maintenance grated u/s 23 from march 2013 to me 7,000 per month.
then during her cross examination in 2014 she stated that she earns 15,000 per month so i had filed a application u/s 25(2) on april 2015 for cancel her maintenance and her maintenance recall on 2/04/2016.
then she filed appeal in session court at vadodara on 24/05/2016 with condonation of delay although her advocate has been seen that order same day 2/04/2016 which recalled.
so, is that appeal granted or not?
