That will depend on many factors you haven't addressed. In no particular order, they include: (1) what the charges are; (2) the facts of your case; (3) whether the charged crimes are state or federal; (4) if they are state crimes, the state where you were charged; (5) the nature of your priors; (6) how long ago you were convicted of your priors; (7) how long you were imprisoned on the priors; (8) how long you have been out of custody. Not all of these factors will matter in every jurisdiction. A given factor may weigh more heavily in some jurisdictions than others. And some jurisdictions may look at other factors I haven't listed.

Of course, what matters most is whether you are convicted (either after trial or by plea), and of which charges. If you make a deal with prosecutors, that deal will likely limit the range of sentences available to the judge.

Your sentence may also depend heavily on who you get as a judge and/or as jurors.

With so many variables involved and so much at stake, you need a lawyer right away. If you can't afford one, the court will appoint one for you. Don't even *think* about trying to represent yourself.

Good luck.
