I have worked for a company for 10 years and a month ago i resigned due to the fact I found better employment. After I left the company is making my life hell. The director is sending me threatening sms and they phoning and hounding me. They witholding my leave monies and provident fund because they said that I am under investigation for fraud. They going through all my work and things that they knew about because obviously the money was going into their account, they claiming to know nothing about.

Please help what are my legal rights in this matter and what can be done about this.
